Biking in Copenhagen
One of my favourite things about living in Copenhagen is the biking. The city is super dense (I'm still waiting to see a detached home) and the area of the city seems much smaller than other cities, plus it is completely flat which makes biking seem like no effort at all. Bikes here are almost treated as another tier of automobiles. There are traffic lights for bikes, pretty much all roads have separate lanes for bikes, people will bike and talk on their phone/eat/smoke, and it gets a little nerve-racking biking next to someone after they've had a few too many beers. This is definitely something I'd like to bring back to Vancouver.

Where do you keep your bikes? Is there a 'garage' or do you bring it into your spacious abode?
I think the bike has been in the apartment once, and it had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. We just park ours outside our apartment; there's a bunch of bike racks. We've been told to not get too attached to our bikes, apparently they get stolen a lot.
